TORSTEN HYLANDER
Sculptures by Torsten Hylander will be exhibited at STUDIO L2 during October.
His mostly white simplified forms have a liberating beauty. Recognizable forms have been put together in a smart way, in new contexts. It is a humble view of the existence and a respect for small simple things, which beauty can easily be missed. Or as he says himself:
“For me there is also a point zero in the white, regarding the experience of a form. The viewer must feel that he participates in a puzzle, find it and be willing to pass it on.”
