Åse Marstrander & Dan Jonsson
Åses sketches and graphics are characterized by a sharp perceptiveness.
She is a master in depicting people in motion – e.g.
”People in a Commuter Train” and ”Women’s Work”.
Dan is one of our great graphic artists, book designers and illustrators. His work has attracted attention and has been rewarded in and outside Sweden. Many of his posters are on museums wordwide.
Both have the capability to catch the essence accurately with minimal means – creating a touching ”concentrate of the idea”.
